Indy Design Week (IDW) is excited to announce that it has been awarded a grant from the Buckingham Foundation to support the implementation of new event software and technology. This grant’s primary purpose is to enable Indy Design Week to purchase advanced event software, which will improve attendee satisfaction while supporting the organization’s broader goals of growth and excellence.
Enhancing the Digital & On-Site Experience
With the support of Buckingham Foundation, IDW will upgrade its digital infrastructure to include a user-friendly microsite and streamline the registration process for a seamless online experience. These upgrades will simplify navigation, registration, and interaction with event content, making it easier for attendees to connect with what matters to them. This technology investment will also improve the on-site experience by implementing a quick and efficient check-in system.
Expanding Reach and Accessibility
One of the key goals of this initiative is to expand the reach of Indy Design Week beyond geographic limitations. The new software will allow IDW to offer high-quality virtual experiences, including live streaming and recorded sessions, to remote participants.
