Barcelona Design Week presents a new creative adventure: UNDERGROUND BDW, which will take place on October 24 and 25 in the LCI Barcelona parking. An exciting opportunity to connect with the innovation, sustainability and talent of the design world. Creative and design studios, universities and schools of art and design, and both national and international companies are called to participate in this first edition.
The objective is to bring together companies, schools, and studios that, through their products or services, generate a significant positive impact on the present and future of people. BDW seeks eclectic participants with innovative and experimental proposals aligned with the preservation and construction of a more sustainable and humane future.
Interested parties must submit a portfolio to Barcelona Design Week (BDW) with the products, services, or projects, each accompanied by a brief description. Additionally, a presentation text of the candidate and a motivational text explaining the reasons for participation are required. The deadline for submission of applications is July 15, 2024. The results of the selection assembled by Barcelona Design Week’s commission will be announced July 25, 2024.
Selected participants can choose between two types of spaces:
1. Standard Booth: 6-7 square meters.
2. Premium Stand: 12-14 square meters.
Space allocation will be determined by the BDW.
Participants must cover all setup and transportation expenses.

2. Projects from Companies.
3. Projects from Design Studios.
