Chiang Mai Design Week

Chiang Mai Design Week is organized annually in early December by the Creative Economy Agency (CEA), a Thai public organization with a mission to promote the creative economy as the driving force for a balanced and sustainable economy. The festival brings together creative professionals in design, craft, music, art, and food from Chiang Mai and northern Thailand to showcase their innovations, fostering cooperation, connecting networks, and expanding business channels through various activities, such as exhibitions, talks, workshops, studio visits, business programs, craft markets, etc. It encompasses different areas, including Klang Wiang District, Chang Moi - Tha Pha District, and CEA Chiang Mai, as well as other partnership event areas throughout the city
